Teriyaki Pork Chops or Chicken Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves (minced) |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
4 pork chops or 4 chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Mix garlic and brown sugar. 2. Then add rest of ingredients, mix well. 3. Marinate pork chops or chicken breast for 1 hour at room temperature or if you prefer overnight in the refrigerator. 4. Grill or bake accordingly. |
