Ingredients:
porterhouse steak, cut into cubes |
1 cup soy sauce |
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup sherry wine |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
fresh island peppers |
sweet maui onions |
vine ripened island cherry tomatoes |
fresh mushrooms |
skewers, if wooden, soaked in water for 20 to 30 minutes |
