Ingredients:
porterhouse steak, cut into cubes
1 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup sherry wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
fresh island peppers
sweet maui onions
vine ripened island cherry tomatoes
fresh mushrooms
skewers, if wooden, soaked in water for 20 to 30 minutes
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate the kabobs before grilling.
