So easy to do.....can also be served as a main dish, with sticky rice, and a nice cucumber/tomato/red onion salad Ingredients:

1/2 cup peanut oil |
1/4 cup dry white wine or sake (rice wine) |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
2 large cloves garlic, pressed |
pinch of sugar |
2 dozen chicken drumettes |
3 tablespoons white sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Mix together soy sauce, oil, wine, ginger, garlic and sugar 2. Put drumettes in a large shallow baking dish and pour marinade, turning to coat all sides 3.
