I love chicken wings and here is another favorite of mine. Ingredients:
3 lb. chicken wings |
3 tbsp. lemon juice |
2-3 tbsp. honey |
2/3 cup soy sauce |
2 tbsp. vegetable oil |
1 tsp. sesame oil |
1 tbsp. chili sauce |
1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped/minced |
1/4 tsp. cumin(optional) |
marinade |
combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, oils, chili sauce, garlic and cumin. |
stir well and set aside. |
cut chicken wings at joint and remove wing tips. |
place chicken in baking dish. |
Directions:
1. Pour marinade over chicken. 2. Cover, refrigerate at least 4-6 hours or overnight. 3. Drain and place on broiler tray. 4. Broil about 15 minutes each side with tray about 12 inches from element. 5. Brush occasionally with marinade. |
