These are incredible wings that are bursting with flavors. Sure to please all the wing lovers in your world. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar |
1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped |
1 tablespoon grated ginger root |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
20 chicken wings |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper and water. 2. Bring to boil stirring to dissolve brown sugar then allow to cool to room temperature. 3. Add sesame oil and stir well. 4. With sharp knife remove tips from wings then put in large sealable bag with soy sauce mixture. 5. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or up to 4 turning bag occasionally. 6. Remove wings from bag then sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds. 7. Pour marinade into small saucepan over high heat then bring to a boil for 1 minute. 8. Grill wings directly over medium heat 16 minutes turning once and basting with marinade. 9. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
