Great recipe for an appetizer or make enough for a meal. My dad makes these and they are wonderful. Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken wings (or more) |
1 cup soy sauce |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 2. Place chicken wings in 9x13 pan. 3. Mix all ingredients well. 4. Pour over wings. 5. Bake in oven for 4 hours, turning wings after 2 hours. |
