Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 minced garlic clove
2 -3 lbs raw chicken
Directions:
1. Mix all together in freezer bag.
2. Mark and freeze.
3. Mealtime: Defrost and cook in marinade in frying pan or grill.
4. Serve with steamed veggies and rice.
