Ingredients:
1 pound ground round
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Place patties on grill rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
