Teri's Grandmother's Meatloaf |

A quick, simple, economical meatloaf from a family recipe. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 lb ground pork |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons chopped celery |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
4 slices soft bread |
1/2 cup milk |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all but the last three ingredients together. 2. Mix last three ingredients (bread, milk & eggs) in blender, add to meat and mix well. 3. Shape into a loaf. 4. Cook in oven for 1 hour on 350°. 5. NOTE: May decrease meat by 25% if desired, and may use all ground beef instead of 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork. |
