Great for pot luck dinners and a holiday side dish. Ingredients:
5 (16 ounce) cans candied yams |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup flour |
1/4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine all filling ingredients. 2. Put in casserole dish. 3. Mix all toping ingredients. 4. Put on top of filling in casserole dish. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
