This is a fast, easy recipe that works well for all types of meat. I've never tried it on sea food or fish but might work there as well. Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup red wine |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 tablespoons crushed fresh ginger |
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs |
Directions:
1. Peel ginger and slice against grain into very thin slices. Place in garlic press and crush. Crush garlic and mix all ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag. Zip and mix well. 2. Add chicken and merinade for several hours turning several times. If you use skin on thighs marinade overnight. 3. Place on grill and cook through. Cooking time will vary subject to method and meat chosen. |
