Teresa's Vinegar and Oil Coleslaw |

This is my mother in law's recipe, and my husband's favorite. We probably make this dozens of times a year. It is dead easy. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
1 (16 ounce) bag shredded cabbage (about 1/2 head) |
Directions:
1. Premix dressing, with a fork in the bottom of a large lidded (e.g. tupperware) dish or shake in a small lidded jar. 2. Add cabbage and mix to incorporate (I just put the lid on the tupperware and shake the whole thing several times). Chill for best taste. |
