This is from a famous restaurant in Minnesota. We LOVE this here! Sweet creamy crunchy and salty all at the same time. Its great! Ingredients:
salad |
1 head of lettuce |
1 head cauliflower |
1 small onion |
1 lb. fried bacon (cooled, chopped and drained) |
dressing |
2 cups helmans mayonnaise |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Start with the lettuce, chop it and put in bowl as the first layer. Then chop cauliflower up, put on top of lettuce, then chop onion and put on top of cauliflower, put bacon as the last layer. 2. Mix Dressing ingredients together. 3. Cover both parts separately and tightly with plastic wrap or foil, and refrigerate overnight. Right before serving, mix all layers and dressing together. Avoids soggy lettuce. 4. ENJOY! We LOVE this one in Minnesota!! |
