Serve sea bass over hot tortillas with melted cheddar and jack cheeses. Accompany with guacamole, fiery salsa and chips. Preparation time includes marinating time.
Ingredients:
4 (7 ounce) sea bass fillets (about 7 ounces each)
4 ounces tequila
1 1/2 cups orange juice
8 dashes grenadine
Directions:
1. Prepare the marinade by combining the tequila, orange juice and grenadine.
2. Marinate seabass filets for 2 hours.
3. Grill over a hot flame 5 minutes on each side.
