Tequila Lime Shrimp Skewers |

Ingredients:
1 cup tequila |
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice |
1 -ounce freshly chopped cilantro leaves |
1/2 fresh red onion, chopped |
salt and pepper |
12 medium raw shrimp |
Directions:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes. Place them on skewers and grill for 3 minutes on each side. 2.
