Tequila and lime come together to give this fish a fresh distintive flavor. Ingredients:
4 halibut fillets (6-8 oz each) |
1/4 cup tequila |
1/2 cup fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro |
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped |
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 dash tequila |
Directions:
1. Marinate the Halibut in tequila, lime, cilantro, and garlic. 2. Sauce preparation: Blend sauce ingredients in blender or food processor. 3. Broil the fish and drizzle with sauce. 4. Serve with rice and seasonal vegetable and a wedge of lime. |
