A southwest style marinade for meat, poutry or shellfish from the Tequila Grill. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons hot sauce |
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin |
1/2 tablespoon black pepper |
2 ounces canned chipotle chiles |
1 teaspoon celery salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Puree ingredients in a blender. 2. Marinate meat, poutry or shellfish for 24 hours before grilling. |
