I found this online somewhere and it sounds really good for sitting on the deck with friends.
Ingredients:
4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
3 cups apricot nectar, chilled
2 cups grapefruit juice, chilled
1 1/3 cups gin
1 cup tonic water, chilled
ice cube
pineapple, spears
Directions:
1. Stir first 3 ingredients in large pitcher to blend.
2. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.).
3. Add gin and tonic water to fruit juices and stir to blend.
4. Fill 8 tall glasses with ice.
5. Pour drink over.
6. Garnish pineapple spears and serve.
