Ingredients:
12 ears fresh corn, cleaned and kernels scraped from cob |
1/4 cup water |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine corn and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes; stir frequently. |
