Tennessee Honey Glazed Carrots |

Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots, scraped and thinly sliced |
1/2 cup water |
3 tablespoons honey |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine carrots and water in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil,cover and reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes or until crisp tender. 3. Drain and return to pan. 4. Add honey and remaning ingredients,cook over low heat,stirring gently until butter and sugar melt. |
