This one is from Hundred Oaks Castle Restaurant Here in Tennessee. Ingredients:
1 8 inch unbaked pie crust |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup margarine |
1 1/3 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 pinch salt |
1/3 cup buttermilk |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can coconut |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar,add rest of ingredients and pour into pie crust. 2. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. 3. Cool befor serving. |
