This is from First magazine. I wanted to save it here. Ingredients:
4tbs butter melted |
1.5tbs chopped fresh basil |
1tbs chopped fresh thyme |
3 lbs baby red bliss potatoes, halved |
salt and black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400F. In large bowl, combine melted butter or margarine, chopped fresh basil and chopped fresh thyme until throughly blended. 2. Add red bliss potatoes to bowl and toss gently to coat. Season potatoes with salt and black pepper, if desired. Spoon herbed potatoes into 13X9 roasting pan. 3. Roast 25 min or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Garnish with thyme spring if desired. |
