Tender Juicy And Tasty A1 Pork Tenderloin |

Was going to put this on the grill the other day, and was out of gas, so I popped it in the oven. Turned out really juicy and tender! I marinated over night in the fridge, as my tenderloin was frozen when I started. Read more . If you have one that isn't frozen, 2-4 hours should be fine. Ingredients:
4 lbs pork tenderloin (will porbably be two pieces in the package) |
1/3 c a1 steak sauce |
1/3 c olive oil |
montreal steak seasoning |
dash red pepper flakes |
3 t worcestershire |
1 t low sodium soy sauce |
1 splash balsamic vinegar |
1 t minced garlic |
1 t minced onion (dried or fresh) |
zest from a lemon |
juice from 1/2 a lemon |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients for marinade 2. Place tenderloins in large ziploc baggie and pour most of the marinade over (save about 1/3 c) 3. Seal baggie and massage marinade over meat until well coated 4. If frozen, marinate in fridge over night and the next day 5. Fresh, about 2-4 hours will be enough 6. Preheat oven to 325 7. Place tenderloins in large roasting pan, pour reserved marinad over*, and cover pan tightly with foil 8. Roast approximately 45 minutes, until instant read thermometer reaches 165 9. Allow to rest about 5-10 minutes 10. Slice thinly, on the diagonal 11. ***NOTE*** 12. I served with sauteed veggies - onions, red pepper, mushrooms, sqaush, zuchinni and grape tomato. Melted some boutter in a pan with olive oil, and tossed the veggies in most the reserved marinade. 13. I served the leftovers as a baked sandwich on deli rolls, with the au jus from the tenderloin and swiss/provolone cheese. |
