Sounds yummy. Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) boneless chuck roast, cut into 1 inch cubes |
2 large onions, chopped |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 -2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 cup sour cream |
hot cooked noodles |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook beef and onions in butter until the meat is browned. Add the next 9 ingredients; bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 3/4 hours or until meat is tender. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles. |
