I got this recipe from a Cooking Light magazine. I have cooked Flank Steak a few times in the past but it always turned out too chewy and tough. Not this steak! This is so simple to do and good. I make a side of fried rice and it turns into the perfect easy meal. Prep times includes marinating time. Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak |
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup chopped scallion |
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingrediets in a large zip lock bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours or over night. Grill steak 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from grill anc cut diagonally acroos grain. |
