A really quick and easy dish when you are in a hurry! Ingredients:
1 can pink or red salmon |
4 frozen individual puff or pastry pie shells |
1 egg |
1/2 cup single cream |
1 handful fresh spinach leaves |
pinch of cayenne |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Divide salmon into 4 portions and place each portion in individual pie shell. 3. In a mixing bowl, mix egg, spinach, cayenne, salt, pepper and cream with a hand blender until well blended. 4. Pour into each pastry shell, covering salmon. 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. |
