Something a little different to have on some nice crisp torn lettuce leaves or in a sandwich. Gala and Pink Lady apples are my favorites for this. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna, drained |
1/4 cup creamy salad dressing (such as miracle whip®) |
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped |
1/2 apple, diced |
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Stir the tuna, salad dressing, egg, apple, and pecans together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. |
