A family favorite. Served with tartar sauce. Ingredients:
2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans tuna |
3 eggs |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup green onion, diced |
1 teaspoon dill |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
lemon wedge |
1/3 cup oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Drain tuna. Flake tuna and combine with the eggs, garlic, parsley, cheese, and onion. 2. Mix well. 3. Form mixture into 6 equal patties. 4. Coat patties with bread crumbs. 5. Sauté in hot oil until golden. 6. Gently turn and cook other side until golden. 7. Serve with lemon wedges. |
