Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
4 big onions, sliced thinly
6 green chilies, sliced into 2
14 garlic cloves, slicely thinly length-wise
2 tablespoons back soya sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
white pepper
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soya sauce
white pepper
50 ml water
Directions:
1. Marinade chicken in prepared sauce.
2. Heat pan. When hot, put in 5 tbsp oil and fry sliced onions and garlic.
3. Add chicken only. Keep remaining marinade sauce.
4. Add sauce and marinade sauce. Cover to cook over medium or low heat.
5. Uncover and add chili to cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
