A colleague of mine secured this recipe from the cook at the Jordan River Temple. Although the recipe doesn't call for them, grapes are wonderful in it. Ingredients:
5 cups cooked chicken, diced |
1 cup celery, diced |
1 cup onion, diced |
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
mayonnaise, to moisten |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and chill. |
