DESSERT ORIGINAL FROM MY COUNTRY PUERTO RICO COOK TIME 8-9 MINUTES. DELICIOUS4-6 Ingredients:
4 cups coconut milk |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon orange blossom water |
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt |
Directions:
1. RINSE 6 REMEKINS. 2. PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET (SET ASIDE). 3. Mix 3/4 coconut milk + 1/2 Celsius of constarch in a medium saucepan. (MIX WELL). 4. Add the rest of the coconut milk and the rest of the ingredients. 5. Cook medium-Hi (Stirring constantly). 6. When started to thicken (REDUCE HEAT). 7. Continue cooking until it coat the back of the spoon about 8-9 minutes total. 8. Pour in remekins. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Invert in a dessert plate. 9. Top with any preserve or relish of your preference and garnish with a mint leave. Serve inmediately. YUMMMMM. |
