Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) self-rising flour |
4 1/2 ounce(s) caster sugar |
2 medium eggs |
150 mls of milk |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) butter melted |
1 pinch(s) salt |
3 drop(s) vanilla ess |
Directions:
1. mix all dry ingredients together, mix all wet ingredients together,pour wet ingredients a bit at a time to dry ingredients mix. (at this point you can add cherrys or berrys coat in flour first so they do not stick ) por into muffin cases. cook for 20 to 25 mins or untill light brown ontop 180c nom 160c fan oven. enjoyx |
