Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1 (16-ounce) package light brown sugar |
5 eggs |
2 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shells |
sweetened whipped cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour filling into pastry shells. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. |
