Ingredients:
2 teaspoons ancho puree
1/2 pound butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
1. Melt butter and let cool to warm.
2. Toast pecans and walnuts until lightly brown.
3. Beat eggs well then add sugars and flour and beat until smooth.
4. Add warm butter and mix well then add chile puree.
5. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips then pour filling into pastry shell.
6. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes.
