I chose this recipe because I enjoy the sweet tast of teff and because it is hi in iron. This recipe is form the Teff Co. Ingredients:
2 cups teff flour |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup unrefined corn oil or 1/2 cup canola oil |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients Do not sift 2. Press Dough evenly into a pie pan with hands. 3. Bake for 10 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven. 4. Add filling. |
