These cookies are gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free. Ingredients:
3/4 cups rice flour, 1/2 cups chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup potato flour, 1/4 cup uncooked teff, 1/4 cup agave, 1/2 cup rice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix dry goods together. Add mixed liquid ingredients to the flout mixture. Mix nuts and raisins into the flour mix and make a wet dough. 2. Drop small spoonfuls onto oiled baking sheet for 8 - 10 minutes. |
