Tee's Corn Pudding

Excellent! From Southern Living Magazine. Can use fresh or frozen corn.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 large eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
6 cups corn
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Whisk together eggs, whipping cream and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture, whisking until smooth; stir in corn.
3. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
4. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or more until deep golden and set.
5. Let pudding stand 5 minutes.
