Something a little different for breakfast...or our favorite-breakfast for dinner. Ingredients:
8 ounces creamed corn |
6 slices bacon, thick sliced |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
jalapeno pepper (optional) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut bacon into bits and fry until crisp. 2. Drain grease and pour in creamed corn. 3. Heat corn and add eggs to the mixture and stir until eggs are cooked,. 4. Salt and pepper to taste. 5. Add chopped jalapeƱos if desired. |
