Ted's Minted White Sangria Cocktail |

Ingredients:
1 bottle dry white wine |
1/2 cup herb simple syrup, recipe follows |
1/2 cup orange liqueur |
1/2 lime, thinly sliced |
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced |
1 cup honeydew melon balls |
1 cup water |
1 cup sugar |
4 sprigs each fresh mint and tarragon |
Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients. Serve immediately over ice, or let sit for several hours for flavors to meld before serving over ice. 2. Herb Simple Syrup: 3. In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to the boil over high heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add herbs and let steep until mixture is cool. |
