Teddybears Easy Honey and Walnut Cake

Such an easy cake to make, perfect for Winnie the Pooh's birthday or teddybear's picnic. This makes a 7 inch/18cm cake but I 'm sure it can be easily doubled.
Ingredients:
250 g self raising flour
175 g margarine, softened (or butter)
115 g caster sugar
2 tablespoons clear honey, plus extra for drizzling
2 eggs, beaten
1 orange, zest of, grated
50 g walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 160C and grease and line an 18cm cake tin with baking paper.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat with electric beater until light and fluffy.
3. Turn into prepared cake tin and bake for about 45-60 minutes or intil firm to the touch and skewer comes out clean.
4. Cool in the cake tin for 10 minutes then turn on a wire rack to cool.
5. Drizzle with honey to serve.
