An unusual combination of ingredients make a delicious dessert or a healthful afternoon break. From EatingWell Magazine, Feb/March 2005. Ingredients:
2 cups mandarin oranges or 2 cups clementines, segments |
1/2 cup hot black tea |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 pinch ground cardamom |
Directions:
1. Place orange (or clementine) segments in a small bowl. 2. Pour tea over them and drizzle with honey; sprinkle with cardamom. |
