A spice rub used at a favourite local restaurant. They use it on Pork but it can be used on any meat. I've also used it when making hashbrowns. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cumin |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container. |
