Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken, boneless, skinless
1 large onion, thinly sliced
64 g sliced ripe olives
340 g tomato paste
4 cups water
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp basil
1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Slice onion in thin slices and layer on bottom of crock pot. Add Chicken breasts on top of onions. In a mixing bowl, mix olives, tomato paste, water, garlic and spices. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
2. Serve over rice, pasta, or eat alone...
