lots of protein, low sodium, low carb.. A-...... I like to eat over steamed rice or pasta....... Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken, boneless, skinless |
1 large onion, thinly sliced |
64 g sliced ripe olives |
340 g tomato paste |
4 cups water |
1/2 tbsp oregano |
1/2 tbsp basil |
1/2 tbsp parsley flakes |
1 tbsp minced garlic |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice onion in thin slices and layer on bottom of crock pot. Add Chicken breasts on top of onions. In a mixing bowl, mix olives, tomato paste, water, garlic and spices. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 2. Serve over rice, pasta, or eat alone... |
