3 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup cilantro or 1/2 cup mint, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
4 lg.tuna steaks |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Blend together salt,pepper, and 1/2 of the herbs. 2. Rub mixture on both sides of tuna steak. 3. Place in 9x9 baking dish. 4. With the remaining cilantro, oil, wine, and lemon juice - pour over steaks. 5. Cover and marinate for 24 hours. 6. Saute tuna in skillet about 6 minutes per side. 7. Serve. |
