Another variation of mine based loosely on the sauce from Paula Deen's Gator Tators. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2-3/4 cup ketchup |
1 medium sweet onion, chopped fine |
1/4-1/2 cup pickle relish |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well (no streaks). 2. Chill. 3. Serve with french fries, tator tots, hotdogs, and/or hamburgers. |
