Another good comfort foods on a chilly day. My family loves this one, so simple yet so yummie. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef |
1/4 cup chopped onions |
1 package taco seasoning mix |
2/3 cup water |
1 can corn, drained |
1 can nacho cheese soup |
1 32-ounce package tater tots |
Directions:
1. 1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat 2. is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer, 3. uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add corn and soup; mix well. 4. 2. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. 5. Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 6. 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and 7. golden brown. |
