I can't remember where I got this, but it turned out great! I simply threw it together with what was available at my house, add whatever you feel would work :) I bet cheddar would be great on this, but I was attempting to keep the calories low. I also doubled all the sizes, b/c my table was begging for more! Ingredients:
32 ounces frozen tater tots |
2 lbs lean ground beef |
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown meat w/ salt and pepper as desired. Drain. 2. Mix meat with soup, vegetables, and sour cream. 3. Pour into casserole dish. 4. Cover with tater tots. 5. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until tots are browned. |
