A recipe that my mother gave me. Good southern food at its best. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (8 ounce) bag shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 (32 ounce) bag tater tots |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. Brown Ground Beef in a pan. 3. Drain Beef and return to pan. 4. Add Cream of Mushroom Soup. 5. Place Beef and Soup mixture in a 9x9 casserole dish. 6. Cover mixture with Mozzarella Cheese. 7. Line the top of the cheese with Tater Tots, covering as much of the cheese as you can. 8. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. 9. Aromatics (garlic, hot sauce, etc) to taste, but it's best with just a little hot sauce. 10. Enjoy. |
