This is a an easy one dish meal to make for lots of people or you can cut the recipe in half and make just for 2. Tastes great leftover too. I used to make it without corn, but the creamed corn adds great flavor. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 onion |
1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans green beans |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
2 (8 ounce) packages shredded cheddar cheese |
1 (32 ounce) bag tater tots |
Directions:
1. Chop onion and brown with ground beef. 2. Mix beef with cream of mushroom soup, green beans, and corns in 11x13-inch baking dish. 3. Layer shredded cheese on top mixture. 4. Spread tater tots over top of casserole to cover. 5. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tater tots are golden brown. |
