Tater Tot Cassarole

My greatgradma's super tasty and easy casserole that the whole family will love. Kid friendly!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium white onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 ounce) bag tater tots
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Fry onions and garlic in butter until caramelized.
2. Add beef, salt and pepper and fry until cooked.
3. Line the bottom of a casserole dish with 1 layer of Tater Tots.
4. Add ground beef over Tator Tots.
5. Mix cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup together.
6. Pour soup mixture over ground beef.
7. Add another layer of Tator Tots over soup mixture.
8. Bake at 425ËšC for 45-50mins or until Tator Tots are golden brown and soup is bubbling up through tots.
9. Enjoy!
